Before using the pool, please read the guidelines in the section below and follow the instructions given. Management will not be held responsible for any loss or injury caused by not following the safety guidelines.

• MANAGEMENT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL ITEMS
• FOR YOUR SAFETY, PAY ATTENTION TO STAFF ADVICE AND NOTICES VIA THE PA SYSTEM
• IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, HOWEVER SMALL, INFORM A MEMBER OF STAFF IMMEDIATELY
• No lifeguard is on duty; parents and guardians are solely responsible for the health and safety of their children.
• This paddling pool is for the use of young children only.
• A responsible adult must accompany all children inside the paddling pool at all times.
• Babies & young children must only wear nappies suitable for swimming pools only, regular nappies are not permitted as they cog the filtration system and interfere with the PH balance within the pool water.
• The surroundings of the pool area may be slippery. No running is permitted in or around the pool area.
• No food or drink is to be consumed inside the pool
• Please make sure you keep the pool area tidy and use the bins provided to dispose of your litter
• The paddling pool and beach area are barefoot areas, however, once you leave this area shoes must be worn
• This is a shallow water paddling pool, it is NOT for swimming or diving
• No running or pushing is permitted in the pool or the surrounding areas
• Do not jump into the pool
• Please keep a safe distance from other users at all times
• At peak times, we may have to limit the number of users inside the pool at any given time. This is for your health and safety. Please be kind and courteous to our staff. We want you to enjoy your day out, SAFELY!
• Do not enter the pool if you are under any medication & or have any medical conditions that may affect your ability to use the pool safely
• The pool may be closed temporarily during inclement weather or due to contamination. We will endeavour to keep the closure period as short as possible.
• Be sun smart, apply sun protection regularly & wear proper clothing suitable for your undertaking. Stay hydrated! Wear a sunhat!
• Any child who becomes separated from their parent or guardian should be notified immediately to staff at the lost child point located at the main token box
• Do not drink the pool water.
• Do not leave your belongings unattended, you must secure all valuable items before using any equipment at the beach. This includes the paddling pool, sandy beach rides, attractions & facilities.
