The beach is a child-friendly attraction and suitable for the whole family. Please take a moment to observe our admissions policy

TICKETS ARE VALID FOR A SINGLE DAYS ENTRY ON THE DATE SELECTED ONLY

Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during your time with us
Pre-booked tickets do not guarantee speedy entry guests will still need to queue in an orderly manner to gain entry
We are operating at a managed capacity pre-booking your ticket on our website will ensure your entry
The attractions inside are suitable for younger persons however, each attraction will have certain restrictions on height, weight size & capacity please ensure you read and understand all safety notices displayed at each attraction before using
Entry is non-refundable, customers can exit & re-enter on the same day as their valid ticket is purchased but must get a stamp from the box office before they leave in order to re-enter.
No pets are allowed on the site
We welcome picnics however please be advised that we cannot permit BBQs, glass wear knives or alcohol all prohibited items considered a safety hazard will be confiscated at the discretion of management
Swimwear and bare feet are welcome on the beach area only. Please be advised that only fully clothed individuals will be permitted onto the attractions
Visitors are not permitted to bring high-resolution or long-lens photographic equipment into the event. Visitors are allowed to take photos for personal use only management reserve the right to prohibit this at any time during your visit
Health and safety is our top priority please respect & observe instruction from all our team members we reserve the right to refuse admission or evict any persons if they behave in such a way as to jeopardise the safety of themselves or others

PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING

We may at times have photographers & film crews recording on-site whilst open to the public. By accepting these terms & conditions of entry, customers consent to be photographed & filmed by management or third parties hired by management. Management and any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever you further agree that copyright in these materials rests with the management. However, you have the right not to be filmed/photographed by management or any third party. If so, make it known to the camera operator/photographer at the time of filming that you do not wish to appear in any filming/photography
