You can take photos of your family with low-resolution handheld devices, smartphones etc., but not of other families. Visitors are not permitted to bring any other photography, high-resolution or long-lens cameras or video equipment into the event under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Yes, as with all other theme parks, there are height and age restrictions on the majority of the rides for health and safety reasons — details of which can be found on our rides page. However, being an event designed specifically for families, the rides have been designed to cater to children. The Beach At Ben’s Yard does not operate any rides which would be deemed as “white knuckle”.

Please dress for the weather — there are no changing facilities at The Beach At Ben’s Yard. Swimwear is accepted around the beach area. Shoes must be worn outside the beach and paddling pool area at all times.

Yes, you can re-enter the site. You will need to get a valid hand stamp to gain re-entry to the event.

The site is a no smoking area, however, there is a designated smoking area identified on the map.

Yes, they are situated at the back of the food court.

There is not a cash point inside the event, however, we do accept most major credit and debit cards at the box office.

Yes — well-behaved dogs are now welcome! Please keep them on a lead at all times and under control. Dogs are not allowed in or near the pool or beach areas.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, BBQs are not permitted.

Yes, we welcome picnics or food purchased from the shopping village. However, please be advised that we cannot permit any glassware, knives or alcohol.

We ask that you bring your own bags and clear away after yourself using the bins provided.

Entry to The Beach At Ben’s Yard includes full access to all rides, attractions, the paddling pool and the sandpit for the day. Food and drinks are paid for separately at our on-site refreshment stands.

Yes, the paddling pool will be open. During busy periods we may operate a queuing system and limit sessions to 10 minutes to ensure your health & safety and everybody gets a chance to use the pool. Please note that use of the pool is included in your entry fee.

Yes — online booking is coming back for 2026. We’re setting it up now and it’ll be available well ahead of the event. Once live, you’ll be able to secure your tickets via our booking page.

No — tokens and wristbands have been retired this year. Your entry ticket covers everything: all rides, the beach, paddling pool, sandpit and water attractions. Just pay on entry and enjoy your day.

Yes — we’ve simplified our pricing. Entry now includes full-day access to the beach, paddling pool, sandpit and all rides & water attractions. We’ve retired tokens and wristbands — everything is included in your entry ticket. Food and drink are still purchased separately on the day.

We’re open every day from Saturday July 18th to Monday August 31st, 10am to 4pm daily.
