We're open every day from 10AM until 4PM from the 19th of July until the 31st of August.

We are not taking online bookings this year - you simply pay on the day! All visitors will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity. Once we hit capacity, we operate a one-in, one-out system.

Yes, the paddling pool will be open. During busy periods we may operate a queuing system and limit sessions to 10 minutes to ensure your health & safety & everybody gets a chance to use the pool. Please note that use of the pool is included in your entry fee and does not require tokens.

At The Beach At Ben's Yard, all payments for food, rides, and attractions are made using tokens. Tokens can be purchased directly at the event.

We also offer wristbands, which provide access to multiple rides for a 3-hour period. We offer a Standard Wristband (£10.99) and an All Rides Wristband (£15.99). You can view more details on our Prices page.

Tokens bought at the venue can be used on rides, food and games.

We offer discounted entry for group booking of over 20. To find out more, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds on tokens. However, they are valid throughout the duration of the event and can be used on another day.

Wristbands purchased for The Beach At Ben's Yard are non-refundable. Once purchased, they remain valid for the full 3-hour period from the time of purchase.

Yes, we welcome picnics or food purchased from the shopping village. However, please be advised that we cannot permit any glassware, knives or alcohol.

We ask that you bring your own bags & clear away after yourself using the bins provided.

Unfortunately, due to health and safety reasons, BBQ's are not permitted.

Unfortunately, animals are not allowed into the event unless they are guide dogs on duty.

There is not a cash point inside the event, however, we do accept most major credit and debit cards at the box office.

Yes, they are situated at the back of the food court.

The site is a no smoking area, however, there is a designated smoking area identified on the map.

Yes, you can re-enter the site. You will need to get a valid hand stamp to gain re-entry to the event.

Please dress for the weather - there are no changing facilities at The Beach At Ben's Yard. Swimwear is accepted around the beach area. Shoes must be worn outside the beach and paddling pool area at all times.

Yes, as with all other Theme Parks, there are height and age restrictions on the majority of the rides for Health and Safety reasons, details of which can be found on our rides page. However, being an event designed specifically for families, the rides have been designed to cater to children. The Beach At Ben's Yard does not operate any rides which would be deemed as “White Knuckle”.

You can take photos of your family with low-res handheld devices, smartphones etc., but not of other families. Visitors are not permitted to bring any other photography, high-res or long-lens cameras or video equipment into the event under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this rule.
