First point of contact at the box office. Greet visitors, process entries, hand out information and answer the daily questions about toilets, lost children, ride heights and where to eat. Front-of-house energy, all summer long.
Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and process entry payments
Answer questions about the site, rides and policies
Manage queues and keep the entrance flowing
Handle lost property and lost child reports
Cash up at end of day with the supervisor
Requirements
Friendly, calm and unflappable in a queue
Confident handling cash and card payments
Available weekends through July and August
Comfortable on your feet all day
Aged 16 or over
